"Tattered Whispers"

Curling smoke ascends slowly,
clouding memories wished to pass,
burning, blinding paths that scold me,
drifting upward, climbing fast,
kneeling over grieved persistence,
chanting wishes engulf the soul,
dark as voidness spreads resistance,
lost in blackness' graceful goal,
growling demons dance in circles,
peeling truthful thoughts away,
quiver under dread that trickles,
endless night absorbs the day,
concrete walls shield broken pieces,
hidden entities freeze still,
summons fading in the distance,
blocked from piercing a venomous shrill,
fibers ripping nimble words,
brands that stain the scroll of judgement,
flame destroying virtues unheard,
blown in swirls of ash and wind.
