It doesn't matter how old you are, Legos are cool.
I went to Bellevue Square for the first time in probably 15 years today to check out a store that I heard has some nice cloths, but was closing and marking everything 50% off. They didn't really have anything I wanted, so I wandered around for a bit, got an Orange Julius or old times sake (yup, they still suck), then stumbled on the Lego store.
I used to have a couple buckets of Legos as a kid. None of these crazy ass Undersea adventures or speed racer crap sets. Lo and behold, they had a wall of bins you could pick blocks out of and fill a large cup for about $14, which is a better value than most of the sets they sell. Also a lot more fun to just buy a whole pile of bricks and see what you can make. I had this idea for a piece of furniture for a while now that has finally been realized in lego form.
I call it a raven-wing chaise (the green bit is supposed to be a pillow)
Yes, I'm a geek.
