I finally got to see Gangs of New York. What a well done movie. Sad though. Bloody.
I heard they were holding open audition for HP6, the movie! That would be awesome!!! Unfortunately I am 21, not 15 - 18 yrs old, and I won't be in London at the time...
Oh well. I'll just have to find my way into the industry through other routes. Though, I have to say I always thought being in a Harry Potter movie would be a blast, even before there were any Harry Potter movies. Still, I can hope for chances with Sabriel. God, I want to so very badly to make that movie, or be in it, or be a part of making it. It is such a fantastic book. A Wonderful Story,and SOOO much fun!
I'm happy for my dad. His project is really coming together and the letters of commitment from the investors are being signed. So YAY my dad is finally having his own project again, after years of helping others with their's, and it's a good one, with distribution and everything! I'm so happy for him.
Of course, since I've proved myself quite the handy helper on a set I get a job out of it... Now I just have to figure out what to keep doing with myself for the next few weeks while the project officially gets up and running.
Send good vibes and wishes his way. Please let this go well for him! He has so earned this. (30 years of hard work to get his break).

Oh, and as per your comment, radio is fun but hard...and I would totally recommend any of the songs that were on my set list, they are all killer.
