Now that I'm back into ketosis, I'll be working on getting rid of the extra weight. I weighed myself at 187.6 lbs. this morning, and I followed that up with a basic set of stomach exercises and some push-ups. It's been a long while since I've put any serious effort into this, so my initial start was... well, I'll not mince words: it was embarrassing. š But it's a start, nonetheless, and I do feel good about it.
Here's where I'm at now. Note the bulging belly and the moobs poking through my shirt. That's what I'd like to see gone, given time and effort.
