Fun Fact: I love when people ask me about my chest piece. Most people are pretty courteous and apprehensive about asking me about it. God knows no one wants to be caught red-handed staring at a lady's cleavage! I tell them I wouldn't get a tattoo there and wear low-cut tops if I wasn't interested in answering questions about it.
The truth is, I got this tattoo because I was also contemplating getting breast implants for my college graduation. I finally broke into a B cup last year at the ripe old age of 23 and it has always been something that I have been self-conscious about. It's nothing that anyone has made me feel like I have to do, but I see photos of girls with wonderful curves and think just how feminine they look. Now that I have my little chest baby, I couldn't be happier with my decision to not do it. No one asks "Oh, what kind of implants are those?" but people are usually curious about what I decided to get inked directly onto my sternum. I am definitely all for people who feel like plastic surgery is the answer for them but sometimes, there can be other options.
