Oh, what a mistake taking calculus when I don't even need it was! Despite my complete reluctance to actually do work for that class, I am somehow getting a B in it which is astounding. Hopefully, tomorrow's exam won't shatter the basis of what I have (again--reluctantly) acheived. Derive labs are in deed heaps of fun (I like the pretty pictures -insert cheerleader giggle here-) and I was one of two people in the class to get 7/7 from the first time on the derivatives quiz but other than that I fail to see a practical application of what I am being taught. But then again a liberal arts education is not career training (like my Humanities 101 teacher likes to say).
