words cannot even express how livid i am! i got up early and i've been waiting on the delivery of my brand new living room set only to find out that the damn furniture store is closed today!!! 
i was nice enough to give them there time frame before calling and harassing them about not being accurate on their delivery "estimation". when i scheduled the delivery i remember distinctly saying, saturday the 11th the SATURDAY BEFORE EASTER, right? GRRRR my morning was wasted!!!
