I recently started a new workout. Today was legs. I either am pushing myself in working harder or my legs are a lot weaker than I thought. I found that my legs felt wobbly and weak after just a few sets of lunges. Apparently it was obvious because a girlfriend of mine pointed out, as I was walking down the stairs, that I looked like I was just learning how to walk. Haha the price of vanity.
