Things are going well so far in the new year
...it snowed finally, though I fear the local cherry crops may be screwed
...work is going well. I have a temp job working for the city for at least the next four months, which may lead to a permanent position, but only time will tell. I deceided not to head to Chicago for an interview with PIRG. While I like what they do, I don't like what I've been hearing about their labor practices; 60+ hours a week, no ovetime (you're on salary) and it's a two year signed commitment. Sucks too..Chicago would have been nice, and I lost out on an $80 dollar hotel reservation that wasn't refundable (still works out to be less money had we gone).
...started a workout routine on the new power-spin bike we bought for Christmas...gotta get my couch-potato desk-job ass in shape.
...got a birthday present for myself which should arrive tomorrow!!!
...Amy's back on SG, which is cool, though now I gotta give a heads-up to all my girlfirends on here ya know. The wife don't like no competition

well, hopefully I'll have some new photos of the snow soon, though when leave for work it's dark, and when i get home..yeah, it's dark. One of the downfalls of having a job. Until then, I'm going to sip on some mint tea with honey, watch the news and head off to dreamland.
