yet another roommate is moving out. after a long bout of stability the place is turning into a revolving door. i moved in here originally to save some money and pay off some debt. well the debts have been paid off and now i am looking forward to leaving this shared living behind. unfortunately i still have 8 months to go on my lease. im anxious to move on but i must stay put for what increasingly feels like an eternity.

i need to devise some house projects to both occupy my time and to give me a reason to come home. the scope of any project is limited since it is a rental but i am looking for ideas.
