Sunday was the best, me and Aub got up at 5.30 and walked in the pouring rain to Mazs, who took us for a 3hour drive in the back of his van with no light to London, for the Animal Aid xmas fair. That ride was pure hell, especially as I get car sick, haha.
The fair was bangin, I got to talk to the group I want to go to Shri Lanka with for 2 weeks to work with animals over there, and I met laods of people including Andre Menache and he remembered me from Oxford (whoo!!).
Me and Aub went to Sherlock Holmes' house which was AMAZING (I am a Sherlock Holmes freak) and I sat on his TOILET. We also found an Elvis shop on Baker street and we giggled with glee, theres also a beatles shop but who gives a damn about them >_>
Then we went to London Zoo to do a Zoo Check.
I really hate zoos. Im not doing anymore more Zoo Checks unless specifically asked. This whole conservation thing is bullshit in my opinion if you're just going to keep them in the zoo till they die, thats crap man. Look at Born Free, they found these 3 lions in a horrible state in a circus in France, started a campaign and whats just happened? These animals are free in a nature reserve in Africa. And thats from beign in a fucking circus. Yet zoos claim doing this kinda stuff is impossible and never works.
I hate zoos.
After that we went back to the fair and I won the vegan press up competition, however thats only because I was with the guys doing it, I missed the actual contest but because only 2 girls entered, the second one did one press up, so I did half of one and got a medal. All in a days work innit.
Oh I also wanted to bow down to a ridiculously large amount of people, including a certain wildlife photographer, Mel Broughton, the Sea Shephard table and a few others.
Oh and the police officer who arrested me (and others I know) for retarded reasons has told us he's out to get us and all this kinda shit. Wanker.
Hope everyone is well, my kitties and doggies send lots of kisses!!!
