Sorry to hear that. We've lost two at work recently. One about two months ago and another a few before that. Both to cancer, sort of. One passed a few months after retiring early upon diagnosis and the other put bullet through her brain in her office. We didn't even know until after that she had been diagnosed as terminal. Hell, we didn'[t even know she had cancer. I guess she wanted to go out her way.

Again, sorry for your loss. It always sucks to lose a friend, even if they are work friends.
