Happy V-Day to you, too! I like a girl who can hold mice. Also [confession] I just saw the "failed sets" in your folder. Adorable.

Happy Valentines day to you too!
Don't feel too bad. I've been watching "My Fair Brady" for the past hour. I finally realized that I hate these people and promptly turned it off. Now I'm doing this. Not too much going on in the life of Bowie.

So, as I posted earlier today ( ), I've been completely ignoring the journal part of the site for a week or two. What have I been doing, you ask? (certainly not learning to speel completely, thats for sure!)
Unfourtunatly for the sake of interest, the short answer is:
Nothing much.
I've been working a bit
I've been bitching about work alot
I've been daydreaming...

I showed Mr. Alyk the photo of your arms, and he yelled, "Jesus! Are you fucking everyone in the western hemisphere?"
Things I feel Guilty About:
-not updating my journal recently
-not reading anyone's journal recently
-not responding to the comments on my last entry
(I'm sorry! I promise I'll catch up eventually)

The Top Five Things Making Me Excited About My Europe Trip:
-The Beautiful city in the background of Kokeshi's new set today
-The fact that the South of France will be sunny, not grey like it is here lately
-The fact that I won't have to work a shitty job when I'm travelling
-Seeing all the cool photos in Zoidberg79's journal

Hello new friend!
I saw the music & movies you liked and thought you were cool, and then I saw you liked Russian history. So I had to add you.
That sounds kinda lame, but oh well!

I am not so much a fan of the chest pieces. I think they distract from the natural beauty of the human form.
My favorite thread on my old message board hang-out was always "What are you wearing". Granted, that was a ladies craft board, but nonetheless, I will try to resurect it here, in my journal...
(I've changed a few times today)
My Voting Outfit
-Black skull tshirt (as seen in my cowgirl pictures
-My favorite black hoodie
-A black and blue winter vest (with hummingbird-print lining!)...

butterscotch is as cute a nickname as any.
that shot of Rabbit is adorable. i'm actually pretty happy to see a couple of curvier girls have sets go up in the last week or so, including Adora's set.
i can't believe your cowgirl set got rejected, though! grrr.
Orxy did a great job as ever, and you look downright cute. i kind of have a thing for outdoors shoots too. do you know why it was rejected? anyways, i hope you don't let it discorage you.
life here is pretty good - though the -20 C cold finally got to me last week, and i got pretty sick, so sofie had to play nursemaid while i ran a fever and talked complete gibberish. i feel a lot better now, though, and i'm looking forwards to making up for lost time artistically, since i got nothing done last week.
lots of sleeping though, so now i have the worst bout of insomnia, and my sleep patterns are all over the place. they show some very bizarre TV shows in swedne at 3 in the morning, you know
i'm also going back to scotland february 1st where i have a few artistic commissions to do, which should keep me there about a month, but i'm looking forwards to the change of scenery, and all the little things about my town i miss, like the pizza place, the record store, the market. . .
anyways, take it easy

I keep on thinking about getting Laser eye surgery to correct my vision, but that would cost me over 1000...
I know a couple of people who have had it done and it worked well for them, so I may do it one day.

Hey. I just wanted to say you are very smart, and sweet, and thanks for having this rather loud and gross public dialogue about the other thing on the hideous boards. I appreciate your intelligence very much. I would like you to be my friend.

Superconductors are being used in electronics, such as in magnetic imaging of the brain and in some microwave applications (for example communications).
While looking for examples, the oddest one I found was in an E-Bomb. I had not heard of these things before, but they use a superconductor to store electricity and then release that energy in the form of an electromagnetic pulse. That can knock out sensitive electronic equipment.
I was not sure if the e-bomb link was credible, but it is even listed on a web page of NASA!
I always liked the Batman films and the Joker is one of my favourite characters. I know what you mean
Take care.

Alright, I've got to keep this brief, as I'm about to go to work, but I need some opinions.
I am going to dye my hair manko pink when I go to Europe in a few months. To achive that cotton-candy shade, my hair will need to be white-blonde.
I figure my chances of getting a pure blonde in September are better if I stop...
