So it's trouble in paradise for my two pet mice.
(the mice: featuring Isaac in brown, and Snowflake in black)
I noticed yesterday that something looked wrong with Snowflake's cheeks. Today I managed to put my finger on it: his whiskers are missing. I looked it up online, and apparently, there is a "behavioural disorder" found in mice where the domninant mouse bites off the other one's whiskers. Isaac has always been dominant, as we got him first, but I never figured he was disfiguring his fuzzy little room-mate.
Anyrate, I have no clue what to do. We don't 'breed or show' them, so the website I got the info from gives me no relevant advice. If it doesn't hurt Snowflake too much then it's no big deal, but if he's feeling bullied or whatever we may need to take action.
I don't suppose I have any vets on my friends list?

the move went pretty well - admittedly half to three quarters of my stuff is in storage back in scotland, and i'm feeling kind of empty handed without a lot of my random belongings, but just the whole adventure of being here, and the total culture clash is enough of a distraction.
it's bloody cold, though
anyways, hope you're doing alright. take it easy
