had a couple rough weeks at work. got it all fixed just looking at them in the eyes and being honest. it is amazing how much you can fix by cutting out the gossipers and just going up and having a frank and honest discussion. the guy i work with had been talking a bit of shit because i was too busy to stop and explain some of the questions i had asked. the gossip mill started spewing some trash talk. and i fixed it, by sitting down with him and coming to an understanding. thank dead jeezus i got it squared away!
