excess gas builds in the air circulation system causing tremendous boost power and additional strength on the wheel to ground power output. when the gas becomes unnecessary it is released through what is commonly referred to a blowoff valve. i like to call it a waste gate. at a complete stop, the engine idles and all gasses are expelled through the waste gates and the whole routine begins at zero. a fresh start.
my life is running full boost now. i do believe it is time to bring the momentum to a stop and purge the air circulation system. blow out the waste. return to ground zero. start the engine again and allow the waste to power things anew. this time though, i believe i won't push the engine. I'd like to try driving at a normal pace for a while and keep the air fresh. i might even go with a naturally aspirated engine. i could benefit from not having to worry about whether or not the waste gates need purging.
