Thought for the day:
I love horror movies. I'm not a connoisseur of them, but I'm definitely a fan. I went and saw The Ring tonight, and boy was I pleased. I've seen enough horror films that the cheap scares don't get me. I can see them coming, and I swear I called every time the TV turned on in the movie. The Ring does have plenty of those cheap scares, but it was the subject matter that was truly frightening. I haven't been this scared by a film since Gothic. I got goose bumps... and believe me, very little scares me. So, if you're a horror fan, go check it out! I'm planning on taking a friend this week (within a week of my seeing it)... and before anyone asks, no, I haven't seen Ringu yet. Perhaps when I do, I'll post my thoughts on the comparison.

I bet you love this time of the year then, huh? All the classic horror movies are plastered all over the TV. I've got to go see the Ring..I have never been scared by a movie though...real life is way too frightening.
