I haven't been around in a few days due to my old 2008 MacBook Pro dying on me. I drove 3 hours to the closest Apple store to see what it would cost to get it fixed. It ended up being that the main board died and would be about $600 bucks, and that when they sent it away, they could possibly find "other things"...

I just got an email from my piercer and I was accepted to be his apprentice!!!

I know right! The Army really put the traveling bug in me. I would like to continue on to get my RN and travel to work in free clinics or with homeless people, or travel to other countries and give aid. The owner of Evolve Jewelry is a big inspiration for me, he was requested by a tribe in Africa that he used to visit regularly to do ceremonies that involved piercings and modifications for them.

Well, I unfortunately just took out my dual horizontal eyebrow piercings on my right brow. I took a bit more of a minimalist approach to aftercare, sort of the LITHA (leave it the hell alone) method. Well, I just got through my first week of school. It is pretty different being going back after not doing anything very productive for a couple of years. My anxiety was through the roof in class though, I couldn't stop shaking my leg and was sweating even though the AC was on. I started smoking more again.

Thank you for having a place like this for me to go! It's quite apparent that even though people may be accepting of my piercings, they are still not completely comfortable with them.
