Off work for another week yet, woo hoo! Got loads to do in the house and stuff though so sure the time will just fly over.

Just started back at the gym properly and boy am I aching. Its not like I havent been doing anything for the last few months, I have been doing mostly body weight and Kettlebell exercises which has kept me ticking over shape wise but going to back to actually doing proper resistance work is taking more out of me than I expected.

It was the last Kung Fu sesh of the year tonight, boooooo. Still only 11 days till the next one! Yeahhhhhh.

At least it will give my poor aching body a chance to rest up and heal.

Bloody weather! I am so sick and tired of living in such a shitty climate. Is it too much to ask just for the rain to keep off while I cycle home? It appears so! Not much to report on really.

Halloween party went really well, everyone made a real effort on their costumes again this year, which was really good.

Still had loads of sweet stuff left after the party though which has given me an excuse to pig out for the last week or os, lol. Gonna be strict with myself for the rest of the year now...

House is decorated, food is cooking as I write. Only another 11 hour until the party! I really cant wait. Got about 20 firends coming all in fancy dress so it should be a blast!
