So I am on my holidays, away from work and training and was feeling a bit sluggish. Been doing a little bit of Kettlebell training (where ever I go I take my KB with me) but was feeling energetic so decided to go for a run. nothing too strenuous, just a 30 min run to break sweat a bit, felt great during the run, had a nice long stretch afterwards too, life was good.
Woke up this morning and my right hip is bloody killing me! Dont know if it was off the run or from the stretching afterwards? Either way it doesnt feel good. I need to be fit in a week and a half time as I am attending a really important MA seminar back home............damn it.............
How am I gonna balance training so I am fit for the seminar and resting my hip?
