Just started back at the gym properly and boy am I aching. Its not like I havent been doing anything for the last few months, I have been doing mostly body weight and Kettlebell exercises which has kept me ticking over shape wise but going to back to actually doing proper resistance work is taking more out of me than I expected.

thanks so much!!! i started back at the gym too but it burns so good! lol
