Very brave thing to do to put your feeling in letters, even if you sharing with us or no; have one place where you can see how you feel over the days, like a diary is so helpful. Maybe if you write again and check if anything has change or if it is the same will help you look for the answer that lie only inside of you. You can ALWAYS change your life, and dosent have to be drastically (or it can) but little changes can make enormous difference. Like you say, read a book, take 10 minutes or 30 minutes from your very busy life and dedicated it to it, alone, and lern, so many answerslies inside a good book. Try to read a book that helps you with the issue you are living now and honey, keep fighting, I belive if you are doing all this for your family it means you are very strong, so keep looking for the answer. We came to this world to find something our soul still can't find in other lifes. And yes, money is important and give you wings, but if you focus only on work and money it will slave you, find the ways to feed your soul too. Much love and hope you can smile soon❤️
