How does everyone stay motivated to go to the gym??!! I've been slacking.

I go with friends that way it's kind of like hanging out.

I go at lunch during the work week. I just decided one day, "I'm going at lunch." Once I was there, I might as well work out. I started easy, 20 minutes twice a week. Then three times a week. After about four months, I was going 30 minutes, four times a week (we did trivia during lunch on Tuesdays). Now I'm up to five times a week, for 30 minutes. And while I've never been athletically inclined, I find that I'm OK with going now. I won't say I'm addicted or anything, but it's just become part of my routine.
