so i'm back in dc. blah.
My vacation had a confusing finish. I met this really cute girl and i'm not gonna use the "L"-word but i was soooooo into her. for so many reasons. Everything clicked,conversation was great etcetc.
She has a bf
but she left him in his time of need (just had molars pulled and eyedoctor) to see a movie with me she'd already seen. (does this make me an asshole) This means I'm in, right? She bought a coke for us to share and I spent the whole movie making fun of her. No not in a mean way. in a fun way. Fed her the popcorn one at a time, said stop smacking your lips people are trying to watch a movie here, thought about doing the ol boner-in-the-popcorn trick, you know, where you break a hole in the bottom of the bag. Actually I didnt think of doing that but it's just so funny.
What I'm saying is we had a great time and she was doing just as much of the flirting as I was. So how come she doesnt return my calls the next day (Saturday), cant or doesnt want to meet up before I leave, and left my jacket in a bag by the door for me to pick up (I left it in the car unintentionally in a move of freudian-genius), saying she's on the way to a friends house in west seattle to study for a next-day test.
I just dont understand it. been troubling me to no end. maybe it's got something to do with mr. man? (the bf) btw She doesnt say anything about him but I get the impression she's not too happy there. Is it possible she's trying to set something up for the inevitable breakup? She did bring up keeping in touch via email.
So now she's in seattle and i'm in dc. How do I approach this? Whats going on? I have a couple ideas but I'd like to hear what some of you think. however few you number. talk to me.
