I went skating for the first time in a couple of years. It was a blast, but I'm starting to feel mighty old.

Sneezing through a regulator is no problem. I inhaled some water once and practically coughed up a lung while underwater. I've been told that it's possible to vommit through a regulator but I haven't tried it... yet.
