I got a new camera today! A Nikon D3100 for $579. A good starter camera for me. I have always loved photography and now I can start learning and improving. And within 10 minutes on ebay I sold my old canon powershot for $120. So that really helps lessen the blow of paying for the new camera!

I go back in on monday to finish up my gator! I'm soo excited to see the final look!

awesome! congrats on the camera! if you are looking for places to learn photography without having to pay a lot, either check out the Photography group here on SG or check out the "Snapfactory" channel on YouTube (there is an entire selection of digital photography lessons that are really helpful). The leg looks nice!
