Jinxi and I want to move, but we cannot figure out where to move. We enjoy some aspects of So. Cal. but hate some many more. We want to be somewhere that is progressive and not full of assholes (does that place exist, well I guess after Canada's big ruling this week it exist in Canada) We have thought about Northern Cali, Washington and Oregon.
Jinxi is starting a tattoo apprenticeship soon and after she is done we would like to open a shop somewhere.
Anyway, where would you suggest we move to?
Oh, Jinxi and I have been talking a lot about Polyamory. Since most of my friends are her friends also, you may know that she is a lesbian that happen to fall in love with me before she figured it out. (Lucky for me) Anyway, she knows that she is free to do and be who she wants to be. It has always been kind of a "game" to us as she flirts with girls and plays around on occasion, but lately I have realized that she needs to fulfill more than that. Hence, the Polyamory talk. After several conversations about her needs and desires, she explained that she needs more than the "game". A long term open relationship with a girl is what she is missing. I think she was a little surprised when I told her that I supported her in anyway that she needed. I explained to her that I understand her needs to have a relationship seperate from me with a girl. She can openly have a girlfriend or "wife" seperate from her marriage to me. I think she feels much better now. She was holding back her needs out of fear that it would hurt me. When I told here that love is not limited, that we have a limitless amount of love and that by giving her love to someone else it does not mean that she loves me less. I just means that she loves someone else at the same time. Jinxi I know what you feel about me and how much you love me. I am secure enough in our relationship to know that you will always be there for me as I am for you.
I believe that the world would be a better place if we could all just be ourselves and live our lives that way we feel is right. We are not all the same and we do not all have the same needs, desires or wants as the next person. The most important part of living in a "free" country is letting others have the freedom to live their own lives.
Jinxi you are free to be yourself and fulfill your needs. I support you and everything you do.
You rock sweetheart.
