I must apologize for being so lazy. I have not updated for several days. It has been very hectic around here. As you may know Jinxi and I are selling our house. I am the listing agent on it so I have been busy doing open houses and trying to sell it. Anyway, I do not have a good excuse for not getting off my ass and updating my journal. Anyway here we go.
Jinxi and I went to see knaight last Thursday and he did a little work on me and Jinxi. We each got some Indiana Jones Decoder text tattoos.
I got I heart Jinxi.
Jinxi got I heart Steve (that is me)
After knaight surprised Jinxi with new artwork for her neck. She of course got it that night. You can view a picture of it in her journal from a few days ago.
Then we went back on last Saturday and knaight had the artwork for the lower back of my left arm. It is a Brandon Ragner piece. It is only about half way done. He did a great job, I cannot wait to get it finished and completely colored in.

Jinxi and I are going back this Saturday night and she is getting her Maneki Neko neck tattoo colored in and I will hopfully get my purple girl colored in, if there is time. We will have to see.
It is always fun going to see knaight and getting work done. We make a whole night of it. We hang out with knaight and talk shit for an hour or so, then go next door for mexican food then start on the tattooing. Cannot ask for more in an artist. Not only is he a great artist he is a good friend and we are lucky to know him.
After Jinxi and I sell our house we are going to go on a few trips. We already have Japan and San Francisco planned (Jinxi needs an SF girl fix). You know we always think of the obvious place to go for a trip. How about the place you do not normally think of for a vacation. You know, like, Fargo, ND, I bet we could have fun there if we knew about it.
So what I am getting at is what other fun city would you suggest? Where have you been that is off the beaten path, but you had the time of your life?
