The wait after your UPS delivery failed is the worst part of "e-commerce." The UPS man came at 3:13 PM, while I was at work, earning money to pay for this new radio and satellite receiver. I've requested that the package be held for me at the distribution center, which closes at 8:30. My package should be ready at 8:00.
So if you try to call me around 8:35 tonight, I'll be in my parking garage, installing a new CD player and satellite receiver in my car.
