Still alive and kicking.

Things that happened this week:

I got laid off due to not enough work.

I just passed the LPIC1 certification.

Working on getting some computers into a colo. I just won my second auction ever on Ebay! I got a 24 port network switch for only $90! And that's Canadian Dollars! biggrin

Looking at doing some web projects and getting my life somewhat in order.

Busy week.

I didn't see too much of the KDE conference, but I did go to the final party thing, which was awesome.

Other than that, the vacation was a blast too. They fucked up my flight so I got to fly first class via KLM biggrin . For the last few days in Frankfurt I rented an Alfa Romeo 147 GTA. love love love Awesome ride. I was crusing up the A4 behind a Porsche (I think a 944) going about 140kph in the right lane. So I geared down, revved it up, swerved into the left hand lane and fucking floored it... took him a while to figure out wtf was going on.. so then we raced a bit ~220kph until he took some exit. I made it up to 240 before I ran out of road. eeek Good times.
