This is my first blog homework and to my mind my english is kinda poor but i've always wanted to write one so please excuse my mistakes <3
Since when i was a kid i wasn't that sporty kind of a person. Sure me and friends were playing games outdoors running at the streets and playing with ball but i don't consider that as sports. And i wish i knew about fitness benefits sooner. Maybe i wouldn't have that anorexic look now or when i had my extra weight earlier. I am training for a year already but it seems like nothing changes. That's only because i started my friendship with fitness as a greener. If i knew that my self-appraisal depends on my body shape i would begin training when i was 15 and now i'd look better. Anyway if that happened in the way i described i wouldn't become the person i am now and things would be different. Anyway i am going to go at fitness instructor classes soon to make myself a perfect shape.
