Had a wicked day today!
did my charity run thingy, it was 10k or 6.2 miles. My time was 49:50 which i'm told is respectable and very good for a first timer. hopefully i personally will of raised over 100! just a case of collecting it.

todays menu was peppered pan seared tuna
Drizzled with freshly squeezed lime jucie and soy sauce
Served on a bed of brown rice.
God it was lovely, the tuna was well done on the outside and went down to a lovely rare then to raw in the middle.

Hey! Don't worry, i was never allowed Ribena as a kid, I had C-vit, or Robisons... but now i look after myself.. its ribena all the way... and i drink it really weak apparently!
As for crisps, i don't think we had crisp that much at all when i was a kid... or chocolate... Mum used to but the breakfast bars with Carob on... try to fool us, altho i didn't mind it anyway!

am absolutlely knackerd after work!
Very tired, not sure whether i will stay up to see Pearl Jam on Later.It's not as though i've never seen them live, afterall i've seen them 3 times, got 2 live albums and a live DVD.
Am uying Tools new album tomorrow, can't wait, should be good, as always.
