The first pic is what I look now at about 185.
The second pic is me at around 230-235 back in October 2010.
A lot of my stomach fat is gone but not completely gone .
The goal is to be in the 170's. I want to keep muscle.
I see some guys in the gym that are huge. I wouldn't want to be that big but it is nice to have some definition and not look like a juice-head.
I am also taking GNC Men's Mega Men Sport Multivitamins. I like em, so far so good. They smell bad, though lol.
One day, yall might see me 50 Cent swoll lol.
