I've been smiling (on the inside, naturally) since I got the e-mail from the mother of my children, aka my ex.
"Leia got her presents - she loves them. She sleeps with the bear, who has had too many names, but seems to be settling into 'bear-bear' or 'the bear my DADDY sent me for my birfday'. It is really an awesome bear, and having the little jammies for her to change it was a stroke of genius. It's like a bear and a baby all in one."

While I was picking up the gifties for the boy, I added a rattle/baby bottle set and a couple of diapers.
The soon to be 9-yr-old boy is getting a dragon and a trio of gift cards: Future Shop (electronics), Chapters (books), and Zellers (department store).
