I've given up with the tooth, there were no appointments today, so I can't be fucked to wait and see if they have one tomorrow, I'll just do without the fucker until my appointment on Monday afternoon. Just don't expect me to smile, ok? And NO I will not share pics of my gap 
So today, I have been trying to work out ways of saving cash, and so far I have saved us 41 a month by getting a new fixed rate for the mortgage for 5 years with no arrangement fee, and they'll also calculate our interest daily which will also work out cheaper for us
Next on the agenda is switching gas suppliers and maybe electricity suppliers to get a better deal, then possibly a water meter as I worked out we can save about 60 a year on that too. I've just applied to switch banks too (totally fucked off with First Direct and how they haven't helped us over the past few months with things despite knowing how we're struggling), should hear from the new one tomorrow as to whether they will accept us or not. Fingers crossed they will as they will give us 20 plus 12 months interest free if we hit the overdraft and then they offer a much better rate should it be needed after the 12 months are up AND they also give 5% interest up until the end of the year on the account too
I really hope they say yes as I will have the greatest of pleasure telling First Direct where they can stick their account 
of course we'll still owe on the loan with them, but they can't dictate to us on anything else then. Positive vibes please 
I've also got to get busy tonight getting old CD's onto eBay, aswell as other stuff cluttering up my room, have to make some money somehow seeing as the agencies are as dry as the desert for temporary work at the moment

Was sitting all day yesterday after handing in my notice, asking myself 'Was that the right thing to do?'

I hope the A&L accept you and you hear something very soon. if you don't hear soon then give them a call to chase them up. Sometimes banks aren't very good at communicating unless they want you to pay charges etc. Good luck sweetie!
