So today turned out to be a fair day. Not that great, but OK.
Started off this morning, I had to go back to the dentist....AGAIN! This makes the third time in around a month for the same tooth. I chipped my front tooth a little and I now wish that I didn't even worry with it then. I thought it looked so bad. So, I went and they "fixed" it. Well, 2 weeks later, that little piece fell out and I went a whole weekend with this huge gap in my front teeth. Got that one repaired and not even 2 weeks this time, fell out again. And this time, I was super careful with it. So, she did something different today and it feels so much better and looks really great this time. So let's hope this one works.
Next, went to Wal-Mart to get my tires balanced and shop a little bit. This is where I am going to show my true clumsy colors.....When I went to get out of my car, I dropped my cell phone. So, I bent down and seriously lost my balance and smacked my face right into the door of my car. I did that whole, stand quickly and look all around to make sure no one saw. Now, right above my left eyebrow is so sore. I just hope it doesn't turn into a black bruise. It's getting bad when I can't even stand stationary without losing my balance.
Anyway, I went on and bought Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest while I was at Wal-Mart. It was way long overdue. It was one of those I kept meaning to buy but kept putting it off since I saw it in theaters. So, I watched the first one again this afternoon and in just a minute will watch the second one. Catch up so I'll be ready to go see the third one this next week. I just LOVE Johnny as Captain Jack. It just makes the movie.
So, I got the urge to try another new recipe. Even after the last horrible time. This one I thought was simple enough. I cooked a Spinach Alfredo Pizza and some pasta to go with it. It turned out really good. I went a little overboard with the cheese, and know now to get the Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce, but for the first time, it was delicious. Here's my picture of it....
I also put the finishing touches on the wreath that I made a co-worker for her baby. She ended up having him before I could get it finished and to the hospital but at least she can put it on the door of his room. She named him Tucker James and he was early at 3lbs. 14 oz. They think he'll have to stay in the hospital for about 2 weeks before coming home. Anyway, here is the wreath I made....by the time I was finished I was glad since I was beginning to loose my patience with it.
