I don't know if this is just a crazy phase in my life and I will regret it a month later or if I just need a spruce up to keep things entertaining lol.
Right now my insane idea is cutting and dying my hair completely blue since I seem to like the tips done.
Should I or shouldn't I ?

if you can get away with it, DO it! life should be enjoyed to its fullest (yes, this IS coming from me, I admit I don't always live up to what I say). never regret the moments in life that make you smile :)
