Oh what a beautiful morning......
It's a lovely day here and I'm gonna celebrate it by shutting the curtains and watching Nightwatch! Just so the warm glare of the sun doesn't reflect on the TV and I miss some of those zany Russian scenes!
After having been dragged to see Morrissey by my wee sis and my dad on Thursday I am happy to report that I discovered that the support act, Sons and Daughters, are fantastic! Sometimes people singing in broad Scottish accents can be grating but it works with them. Oh, and it works with Malcolm Middleton too. His latest album Into The Woods is also excellent.
So I went and bought The Repulsion Box by S & D and haven't turned it off since I bought it. Well, when I've been awake that is.
Doesn't harm it that the bass player (on the right) is foxy!
