In the past week I have watched at the cinema:
and
The latter was really a very brutal horror movie. As I'm sure you all know. Many people walked out of the showing I was in and some scenes did leave me a little shocked. But, you know, that's what cinema is there for. To test the boundaries and cause a reaction. Very often it fails, but that one at least left a mark.
In books I just finished
This gave many, many accounts of the spooky goings on in the Black Mausoleum in the Greyfriars Graveyard in Edinburgh. I've been there once and it truly is a spooky place. I've never taken the ghost tour that the book focuses on but maybe one day I'll be brave enough and will end up lying in the dark having passed out due to a pair of icy cold hands on my head!
Having finished that I am now reading
It has started off very well. Anyone else out there had a read of it? Don't go spoiling the ending though.
For now, I am off to indulge in some

Really fancy the remake of The Hills Have Eyes. May take a trip to the cinema at the weekend to take it in.
