It has been a while since I have been on the site. Had a friend up from England to see our gig and that kinda took over my life for 4 days. Not that that's a bad thing - she's a very good friend and it was great to see her for the first time in 2 years.
So yeah, the gig happened and it went exceedingly well. Rufus was completely packed and we put on a really tight show. I can't actually remember much about it to be honest - just the part after the 2nd song where our singer told me he was in throat pain! But he carried on regardless and from now on we're gonna drop down to D and that'll suit everyone better!
I felt kinda bad when all our people funnelled out after we had finished. I'm not a fan of that at all and wish they had stayed to support the other bands. I'll make a point of teling them this when we next get round to playing.
So yeah, I had a birthday too. Fave gift has to be the Warriors game for the PS2. I've been bopping heads for a day solid now!
