Been doing the yoga again I really do feel better. I have been doing a good job as far as frequyency, and IO am feeling stronger and more fit. I do love it I just have to remind myself not to put it off untill the day is all gone and i run out of time or wake myself up to late at night.

Good for you, I feel the same way about bellydancing. (or at least trying to bellydance) When I'm focused and tryng to do it as often as I can I feel so much better. It was cool meeting you a few weeks ago btw
