So my ribs hurt. Not a lot, but a low constant ache. I'm about 99% sure it's my diaphragm from all the running, so I'm not really worried, but I do wish it would go away. I imagine it will with strengthening.
Yoga has been doing well for me. I'm glad I took it. I'm learning to pay attention to the physical me a lot more, especially my breathing. This is a good thing for running, training, and my level of general physical activity. I've been out of touch with my own body for a long time and it's good to see my mental and physical start to re-align.
5 weeks, 6 days until I run my first ever race. I'm excited. This is a major step for me.
