I signed up for this. Just the 5K run though, don't get too excited. I started running late in December and I decided I need a challenge like this in my life. Perhaps as something to work towards, or for moving outside of my comfort zone. I'm not a physical guy. At all. Not that long ago I was joking that I would never run unless something big was chasing me. Now I'm doing it for fun. Kinda. It's fun sometimes. Other times it downright sucks. But when there's zen in it, boy howdy it's something else.
It's working well to reduce my size I think. I don't say weight because I'm not losing anymore. Got stuck at 105 around October and only now am I to 110. But I am noticing I'm still losing size, especially in the inner thighs. I wish the gut would fuck off. I hate that guy.
Brewing beer. Doing yoga. Trying not to be confused about life, or at least realizing that almost every other asshole on this globe feels the same. It's nice to have a point B in mind though. And someone who wants to meet me there eventually.

It's so, so good. Between that, the southern fried chicken and the mint juleps I would need a new wardrobe in a year if I lived down south.
