So I'm just a tad off from being down a total of 70 pounds. By this weekend, I'll crack it. Weight training is helping a lot. At first I plateaued, but now I'm dropping weight fast and showing some muscle gain. I actually lost a couple pounds in the last two days. I didn't restrict my diet in the least to do it, either. Bagels, salad, pizza even. Lots of grazing on the product at work too. It's because I'm on my feet moving for eight hours and I go home and burn another three miles on the elliptical and toss around big barbells for awhile. That'll do it.
Fuck, this all sounds braggy. I hate that shit. I'm still a fatty for the record, so I'm not be trying to be a braggart.
Moving on. Things are good. Outlook good. Future's so bright, I've gotta wear shades.
