Pros for the week:
Upped my workout from treadmill to elliptical trainer.
I fit in the desks at lecture I used to not fit in.
Still no sugar, no soda. Limited fat.
Brought my grade in bio-process engineering up 14%.
Laying off the grass some.

rapid cycled twice from hypomanic to deep depression in 48 hours.
probably bombed my physics test because of it.
