I making faux ribs tonight. By that I mean country style ribs. I know they lack the bone, but for less than six bucks I can get more meat than is on an entire rack that goes for over double the cost. I find if I rub them and slooooow roast they come out pretty much just as good. Just...no bone. Throw in some cornbread and a baked tater and it's fucking on.
