It's really cold these days. Last night is was -47 degrees. That's friggin' cold!
Sometimes I wonder how I'm gonna cope with staying here another 3 yrs. -Or 2 yrs and 11 months. The summer is nice but there we have to work even more and we're about 5 people short. April won't be fun. We have 4 double shifts. We'll be working 27 shifts in 30 days. We have 7 days off that month.

I'm really looking forward to going to Denmark in March. I kinda miss my parents and my friends and going horse riding. I've been feeling kinda blue the past few days. -As well as fat and ugly. Fugly. Not funny, sorry. I've been accepted in the pen pals group and looking forward to receiving my first mail from the lovely members. We only get mail Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri, so tomorrow is a happy day.

We watched Running Scared today. I think it's a great movie. We watch a lot of movies and tv series, nothing much to do besides that. I'm really into this Australian tv series called McLeod's Daughters. I've borrowed the first 6 seasons from one of the air traffic controllers and I watch it on my night shifts.

I also eat a lot, hence the "I'm fat"-comment. The socalled diet I started didn't last long. What can I say, I love food, cakes, chocolate, coke. And since I'm not getting any exercise, all the fat winds up on my ass, thighs and face. I need to kick myself in the butt.

We went for a drive the other day, just needed to get out. it's too cold to walk anywhere. We saw two young reindeer (or caribu, I think that's the proper English name?). They're so cute. They also taste very good but to their luck it isn't hunting season.
