Dammit!
Just had a nice little conversations with 2 of the partners in the firm I'm currently employed at. They have these conversations with all their employees once a year.
Well, I basically sat there and lied my ass off! Stating how happy I am to be here and blah blah blah.
Thing is, I like some aspects of the job, and lately it's been improving. But I couldn't say anything about the Greenland job because I don't have a contract yet and I don't want to wind up without a job.
But.....
Now I'm all confused and can't stop thinking whether I'm making a mistake by taking the other job. Maybe I haven't given this job the chance it deserves, ya know?
I still haven't told my parents and people around me about the Greenland job. I've confided in one colleague, but that's it. -Obviously I've written about it here, but there are so few people in this country who know this site.
Aaaargh!!!!
To much to think about, and I've started evening school again, so I have 4 hours of commercial law tonight. Bummer.

I see you seem to be caught between the proverbial "rock and a hard place", I think people who actually enjoy what they do for a living are a myth 'cause whatever you do it's going to get a bit tedious doing it day in, day out. In my experience the bigger the company is the more they view you as a commodity and an expendable asset, I suppose it could be worse you could have got the "You're an important part of the machine" speech that one's my favourite.
