whats been new? hmmm.... im booked to shoot pretty much all of april after kind of a hiatus thats exciting! woo hoo new pictures to show you guys!

and i have been working on my cassandra costume wooo hooo i have started the shield it took 2 days just to do the base because we had to make stairs in something flat. Dremel router you are my saviour! and had to cut out the whole center with a teeny tiny bit. that sucked but it was fun to use a power tool! usually im not alloud but i couldnt possibly hurt myself with this thing- it had a guard around the blade thing.

oh sanding why do you take so long?!!! gahhh

here is the progress!


this is just the base I have the pieces cut out for the dome front but i have to glue them together then MOAR SANDING!!!@@@!!!ELEVEN haha luckily its not completely rounded it peaks at the center soooooo with proper markings it souldnt be that hard to do!

then i have to sculpt the design on the front, paint and add handles and im done! then on to the sword and pouldrons.... and the actual sewing haha
