"4Fux sake!!!" Just scored a $100 fine for parking in a council zone at Cottesloe beach... (no signs) for only 10minutes... I found the inspector and went nut's at him... $100 is excessive... I WILL challenge the council!!! I've been using the same spot for the last three years, and then this!
